Medlec Group transformed staff accommodation at Harts Boatyard in Surbiton, showcasing our skills in refurbishing Houses in Multiple Occupations (HMOs). We turned the space into a safer, more comfortable, and energy-efficient living environment in just three weeks.

Our comprehensive makeover included fresh decorations, new flooring, and enhanced fire safety measures such as new fire doors and passive fire protection. We completely overhauled the kitchen, adding more equipment and a new bar. The bathroom saw an upgrade from an old bath to a new electric shower.

Energy efficiency was improved with new radiator thermostats, while structural improvements included fire-stopping measures to the building fabric.
