Commercial Kitchen Floor Renovation

We recently completed a floor renovation at a busy Sussex pub. The existing rubber floor had begun to fail after years of heavy use - a common issue in busy commercial kitchens. As kitchen staff moved heavy equipment across the surface, cracks formed in the rubber flooring. With the cracks near the dishwasher area, water had penetrated beneath the surface, reaching the concrete subfloor and causing further deterioration.

Our team removed the existing damaged rubber flooring, properly prepared the concrete subfloor, applied professional-grade primer, used ARDEX adhesive for maximum durability, and Installed new Altro Walkway flooring using industry best practices.

The result is a fully restored kitchen floor that can withstand the demands of a busy commercial kitchen. Proper installation techniques and quality materials mean this solution will last significantly longer than the previous floor.

If your commercial kitchen floor shows signs of wear or damage, contact us before minor issues become bigger problems. Proper floor maintenance isn't just about aesthetics - it's essential for hygiene, safety and operational efficiency!
